Previous Instruction: Add Divisions & Squads
| On the Meet Control Listing, find the meet you are working with and click MEET CONTROL |  |

Add an entire level to one division/squad
In this image, I am inviting the Level 9 athletes on the Wobblers team from the ScoreFlippers gym. They are all being invited to the “Thriller” Division and Squad A
Add specific Athlete’s From Any Level to a Division/Squad
In this example, I am using the same team and gym as above. This time I am inviting Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Mike Wazowski and Roger Rabbit to the “Thriller” Division and Squad B.
Notice** You can edit the Athlete level from this screen (this will not edit their level in athlete profile). If you edit their student status, this WILL EDIT THE ATHLETE PROFILE
Add an Athlete who is not on the team list
| Click EDIT GYMS & ROSTERS |  |
| Click REGISTER NEW ATHLETE |  |
| Type the name of the athlete and click SEARCH FOR INSIGHT ATHLETE |  |
| If an athlete already exists in INSIGHT, you will get a pop up like this. If this is the correct athlete (matches birthday and Gym) then click I FOUND AND SELECTED MY ATHLETE TO REGISTER. This athlete will now be on the previous screen with the rest of the team members. |  |
| If this is not the correct person or no one is a match, click NO ATHLETE MATCH – REGISTER NEW ATHLETE | |
| Fill out First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (not essential for this association, if birthday is unknown put today’s date), Gender, Competition level, League ID (if applicable) and DON’T FORGET TO CHECK NAIGC STUDENT IF THIS ATHLETE IS A STUDENT This athlete will now be on the previous screen with the rest of the team members. |  |
Add gym or team that is missing
| Click EDIT GYMS & ROSTERS | |
| If the gym is missing click ADD NEW GYM Fill out as much information as possible, the STATE IS MANDATORY, then click ADD NEW GYM |  |
| If the TEAM is missing, click ADD NEW TEAM |  |
| Find the proper gym in the drop down, add the Team Name and click CREATE NEW TEAM |  |
| Click BACK TO MANAGE ATHLETES/GYMS to continue inviting athletes |  |
Invite Specialists
| Click SPECIALISTS |  |
| Choose which Gym you are choosing from and what Session you want to add the specialist to. Only athletes who are already invited to the meet will show up in these lists. |  |
In this example, I am inviting Princess Belle and Princess Cinderella to be specialists in the BLACK SESSION – you can adjust their levels from here if the level is different than their original session level.
