How to Register a New Athlete & Why We “Look Up” & Select an Existing Athlete

Step 3: Click on the GYM MANAGEMENT tab on your dashboard

Step 4: Add new athletes by Clicking REGISTER NEW ATHLETE

Step 5: Look up athlete name

• A) If athlete is currently in INSIGHT their name will appear in the box. Please verify First name, Last name and DATE OF BIRTH
• ***We use birthdays to differentiate between athletes with the same name***
• Select blue radio button next to name and click I FOUND & SELECTED MY ATHLETE TO REGISTER FOR THIS SEASON
• B) If NOT found, click NO ATHLETE MATCH – REGISTER A NEW ATHLETE

Step 6: (if Athlete not found) Fill out correct information

• Team assignment
• Birthday (this is used to make sure kids are not duplicated) if you aren’t sure, use today’s date
• Click REGISTER THIS ATHLETE
