REFRESH ROSTERS – rosters are captured the day you create your meet, to get the latest rosters, follow the steps below:
Step 1: When you are have your current meet open, find the ATHLETES button.
Step 2: Click the Orange Re-Synch button to get the most current roster order from the other schools. Refresh each school if needed.
SET ROSTER ORDER – as the meet host, you can set the roster orders.
WIAA Note – My recommendation is for teams to set their roster order for the Varsity team, and send roster orders to the meet host for the JV meet. Here’s how you can set these orders at the Meet Host:
Step 1: When you are have your current meet open, find the ATHLETES button.
Step 2: Click MANAGE PARTICIPATING ATHLETES.
Step 3: Click GYMNAST ORDER. You can pick the session (JV) and the team in the drop downs. Now find the athletes you were sent by the visiting coach and change their orders per event. (see below)
