Customer Check-Out Pricing: Payment Plans

First Payment: End of Month Day Margin for Skipping Payment

This setting of Days affects both Recreational and Membership payments being created for your customers.

If a purchase is made within the number of days specified at the end of the month – the scheduled payment skips the next month.

Example: Your setting is 15 days or greater.

*Count backwards 15 days from the last day of the month. If your month is October; 15 days counted back from the 31st is the 17th. Any purchase made between the 17th – 31st will then skip the month of November and payments will start December 1st.

Last Payment: First of Month Day Margin for skipping last payment:

This setting of Days affects both Recreational and Membership payments being created for your customers.

If a purchase is made within the number of days specified at the beginning of the last month of classes – the scheduled payment skips the next month.

Example: Your setting is 15 days.

*The last day of classes is February 14th. Your setting says that if the class ends before the 15th day into the last month then the customer does not have to pay in that month. There will be no payment in February, rather the payments will be pro-rated into the previous months. If the class runs September 1st – December 8th; they would have 3 payments (November, December, January).
